Machine Gun Kelly

Born as Colson Baker in the year of his birth, Machine Gun Kelly is an American rapper who gained meteoric growth due to his unique style and musical abilities. MGK, also known by the name Machine Gun Kelly for his rapid-paced lyrics, started his rap career when he was in highschool. He soon gained a following locally through his mixtapes. His breakthrough came with the release of his Stamp of Approval mixtape, which attracted many eyeballs. MGK was influenced by the popularity of his initial mixtape in order to launch a musical career. In the course of time, he put out four other mixtapes. He signed contracts in 2011 with Bad Boy as well as Interscope Records in the year 2011. After that his debut album Laces Up was released, and it received high praise from critics. The album debuted at 4 on the US Billboard 200 Chart, with songs of great acclaim like Wild Boy (with Stereo), Invincible (with Stereo) and Hold On. The album was followed by his second studio album, General Admission which was released in the month of October, 2015 which debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 and number one on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
